湛江郭总一直从事酒楼生意，酒楼主要特色以海鲜为主，其生意也分布广东省各地区，在找到我们之前，他的第10家酒楼已即将开业，因之前一直没有做过品牌形象的规划，旗下的酒楼可谓是形象各异。其实，郭总早就意识到形象规划迫在眉急，那就从他的第十家酒楼开始把，“十全十美，天上人间”！，呵呵，策划总监在和郭总沟通时说：“天上人间”这个店名一般人可不敢用啊，郭总笑言：“我可不是一般人”，我们的酒楼宗旨就是“原本天上神仙能吃到的美味，在我们这里同样能吃到”，呵呵，一个厉害BOSS！
